Introducing 8K video

With four times the detail of 4K, the Canon EOS R5 captures 12-bit RAW video internally at 8K, or record 4K (4:2:2 10-bit) at frame rates of up to 120p. 8K recording uses the full width of the sensor with no crop at 30p. Subject tracking is also enabled for both human and animals, utilising eye, face and head detect.
Up to 8-Stops Image Stabilizer with Coordinated Control IS¹

EOS R5 includes 5-axis In Body Image Stabilization, which in conjunction with certain RF lenses, can have up to 8 stops of image stabalization, allowing you to shoot handheld in dim light or while using longer shutter speeds.
