If your product arrives damaged or not working, or is different from the one you ordered, just call the Canon team on 0800 222 666, option 2, option 6, so that we can arrange a suitable replacement.

If a product that you have acquired from the Canon Shop is defective, has been used normally, and has not been damaged) you will have the right to a replacement under our warranty

(Canon’s warranty does not apply where your product has been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or accidental damage; your negligent or improper use, including failing to follow operating instructions; leaking batteries; liquid exposure (except water for waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles; repairs or modification, except where these repairs or modifications have been carried out by Canon, or its authorised service agents; use of unsuitable ink or toner or other materials; use of any accessories, supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) not conforming to Canon’s specifications; or damage sustained in transit.)

Your rights under our warranty are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
