The RF 35mm f/1.8 Macro IS STM uses a gear-type stepping motor to provide smooth and quiet autofocus, so focusing appears natural and seamless. Have clean transitions when moving between subjects or when focusing from the foreground to background, creating professional looking footage.
Enjoy further enhances in eye detection AF performance and AF motion tracking performance, with the added ability to detect and focus on the eyes of subjects up to five times farther away on all R series cameras.
